Returns and Refunds policy

Return and Refund:

• Fly Catcher offers a full refund or a replacement if the packages that arrived are badly damaged

• Fly Catcher offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
• Fly Catcher has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

– For incorrect products, We offer a full refund or replacement.

• You need to complete the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: We recommend when you open the product, please make a video as proof. It will help us to make replacements and refund.

• If you claim you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

Exchange Policy:

• Fly Catcher offers exchange facilities to enhance your experience.
• You need to complete the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If you believe that you received the incorrect size, you can exchange them for the size you prefer; however, please note that refunds are not available in this situation.
